Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is assisted stretching technique that is performed by a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist with the client on a treatment table. FST focuses on not just muscles, but the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds everything throughout our body, bones, muscle, joints, nerves, organs, ligaments, etc. 

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy is an effective modality that helps treat pathologies which cause pain and dysfunction. Shockwave therapy is a recent development that is used successfully by healthcare providers that specialize in musculoskeletal disorders. Shockwaves are applied via a light handpiece, which produces very strong impulses that travels through the tissues to the problem area. The shockwaves are directed at the site of the lesions in a controlled and focused manner. 

Dynamic Taping®

Dynamic Tape is designed to work mechanically, designed to alter movement patterns while absorbing load and re-injecting that energy back into movement, all without limiting range of motion. 

Yoga TuneUp® Teacher

As a YTU teacher, I will help clients eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of Corrective Exercise, Self Massage and Yoga. By helping to identify and target their "body blind spots"; areas that are most overused, underused, or misused, YTU heals damaged muscle, increases strength and establishes healthy movement patterns to help you live better in your body. 


Instead of exerting pressure on the different points of the body for healing, massage cupping uses suction to tug the skin, tissues and muscles upwards. Massage cupping is seen as an effective, non-invasive, inexpensive, and safe form of treatment that can be used by itself or in combination with other forms of therapeutic approaches.

Roll Model Method® (in progress)

A soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).
